Feathers are primarily sourced from premium regions including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, and Anhui. We operate our own breeding bases and maintain long-term cooperative farms, ensuring stability and premium quality from the very source.
Feathers are strictly classified into 5 grades based on color, shape integrity, and curvature. We possess 100% precision left-and-right wing sorting capability, ensuring flawless same-wing pairing for every single shuttlecock.
Fully automatic feather sorting equipment is used, strictly following the Chinese National Standard (GB/T11881-2006) for sorting, ensuring that the curvature and length deviation of each batch of feathers are controlled within extremely strict tolerances.
