Based in Weihai, China, Cheval Carbon brings together shuttlecock manufacturing, carbon fiber billiard cues and global trade. From feather sourcing and processing to finished products, OEM/ODM development and international delivery, we support brands, clubs and distributors through an integrated sporting goods supply chain.
Weihai Carbon Horse International Trading Co., Ltd. grew from raw material trading into an integrated sports business. Our operations span feather sourcing, processing, product manufacturing, global sales, technology development, and a nationwide network of badminton halls and billiard clubs. Weihai’s specialized industrial clusters connect every stage of our shuttlecock and billiard cue supply chains.
Phase I of the 70,000 m² Cheval Carbon Intelligent Factory began operating in early 2026. At full capacity, the first phase is expected to produce up to 500,000 dozen shuttlecocks per month, with annual capacity exceeding 6 million dozen and projected annual output value of RMB 500 million.
The full 200,000 m² facility is scheduled to become operational by the end of 2026. Planned peak capacity is 1.2–1.5 million dozen per month, with annual capacity exceeding 15 million dozen and projected annual output value of RMB 1.5 billion. The expansion aims to establish the world’s largest single-site shuttlecock factory.
Our decade of research, development and production has grown alongside Weihai’s sporting goods industry. Technical support from the Industrial Metrology and Testing Center and the manufacturing expertise of local supply-chain partners help us refine materials, processes and product consistency.
We create sporting goods that combine reliable performance with designs suited to a new generation of players. Selected natural goose wing feathers, patented feather processing and an optimized cork-head structure support consistent flight and precise shots. Our goal is to help players build confidence and keep improving.
